This dish is a combination of Shrimp
and Rice, and very delicious to eat as well. The
important ingredients for making this recipe include a
small Shrimp as well as one medium size onion, nicely
chopped. Then, you require one egg for the recipe as
well as the red pepper, minced well to small grains.
Then, you also have three fourth cup of peas and one
glove of garlic, nicely chopped and minced well. Then,
you require quarter cup of Soya sauce as well as some
quantity of butter and vegetable oil. Finally, you
require small amount of salt and pepper for better taste
of the recipe.
Now the
directions to make the recipe are that, you need to boil
the uncooked rice for around 20 minutes for one to two
cups. In the fry pan, add the ingredients like chopped
onions, pepper and cup of peas along with butter or oil
until it becomes light in color and fluffy. Then, take
the shrimp and fry well until it turns pink in color and
add vegetable mixture to it. After few minutes, add the
mixture of the frying pan to the rice pot and to this
quickly break the egg, add this to the rice pot as well.
Finally, you add quarter amount of sauce, stir and
simmer for a few minutes. Now, the hot Shrimp Rice
recipe is ready to serve and eat as well as enjoy the
dish.
